The GSRT comprises a special agency, the “Management and Implementation Authority for Research, Technological Development and Innovation Actions (MIA-RTDI) by the Ministry of Education, Research and Religious Affairs”, placed under the Secretary General for Research and Technology, which was established by virtue of Joint Ministerial Decision no. 15137/2008 (B΄ 1540), as amended and as in force. Its structure, responsibilities, staff arrangements, and any other relevant issue are regulated by the abovementioned JMD.
